All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During Sale and Christmas periods please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped.

RETURNS

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note all return requests must contact hello@vidaglow.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made.

If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.

Wednesday 16th December - Express Shipping

  • For Australian customers, we offer free shipping for orders over $40. For orders under $40 shipping is $5. We also offer Express Post shipping for $10.
  • For New Zealand customers, we offer free shipping for orders over $100. Otherwise, there is a $10 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.
  • Registered post includes a tracking number and is usually delivered within 3 – 10 days. Express post is usually delivered within 1 – 2 business days and also has a tracking number.
